Correct, Copy Centers don't have the drives.

Thanks for the info, Joe. I have two WorkCentre 245s that have network capability and two that do not.  So am I safe to assume that if there isn't a network controller on the machine there isn't a hard drive in that particular unit?

It's in the network controller, which is the little box on the back.

Hard Drive Removal on WorkCentre 245

Good day, everyone.

 

I have a WorkCentre 245 that has been replaced by a WorkCentre 5955. In order for me to properly excess the WorkCnetre 245 within my organization's specs I am required to remove the hard drive. Can anyone tell me where I might find the hard drive in this machine? I have a few of the panels taken off, but I don't want to get to crazy before I have an idea where it's at.

 

Any help or documentation any one can provide would be greatly appreciated. And thanks to all who read this.
