Hi Everbody,
I am having an issue with my printer. Any time it prints (or attempts to) the paper doesn't fully eject from the fuser and I get a "Jam at Exit" error. This happens even when the printer is just starting up and it prints the information pages. It doesn't matter if it is printing single sided or two sided, the result is the same. I have had both the imager and the fuser out, checked them thoroughly for any paper debris, etc., with no success. I uninstalled the printer, downloaded the most recent Windows 10 dirvers for the scanner and the printer, again with no success. Prior to this starting to occur, I was having trouble with printing color images, such as color PDF documents to support our embroidery business. the image would look like there was a severe registration problem with the colors (inches off from one color to the next), but printer color word documents would be fine. Any suggestions? 192168101.win 100001.dev routerlogin.win
Can you help me?
Thank you.
Hi JandenWork2,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. For the jam at exit, please take a look at the article Paper Jams in the Exit Area of the Printer.
For the color misregistration please take a look at the article Overlapping Colors or Color Misregistration When Copying and Printing.
If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
