Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution and make sure you have opened and closed the bottom left cover. If this does not work turn off the machine and with the machine off open and close all the doors/covers on the machine, then turn the machine back on. If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Having problem with my Xerox DocuColor 1632 Copier

I have a display on my copier that is saying that I need to push the duplex module back in place and I have done that, opened and shut every other door including paper drawers and it is still there. On the bottom of the display there is a small number, 100-301. I don't have a contract on this anymore and I don't have the money to have a technician come out. I need some input please!
