The code you're reporting require service if powering off and on doesn't clear it. You can call into the support department to schedule an appointment at 1-800-821-2797. We are not able to share CSE codes as they are proprietary information.
Older machines in the EIP Fuji-Xerox lines could run a Stop+EnergySave+X, where X determines what is to be initialized at startup. Since the VersaLink line doesn't have a physical button keypad, we can't run the procedure in the same way. I can get into CSE mode and find NVM Initialization. Is there a code that will result in log initialization to clear the JBA full error? The JBA Client doesn't seem to be useful in this clearance process.
