Please take a look at this article on How to Replace the Toner for your printer.  The instructions do not change for a standard or high capacity toner cartridge. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

How to install High capacity Toner Cartridges

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

Hi

We have a C405 printer and I'd like to use high capacity toner cartridges. I have purchased one, however the staff onsite, say they can't install it. I have tried to locate instructions for fitting a high capacity toner cartridge on Xerox, Youtube etc...but I can't find any information. Has anyone been able to do this?

Can anyone direct me to some instructions?
