Hello Cathy,

Many thanks for your reply. I found that info to upgrade the firmware, but, I dont't need to upgrade it, I need to replace the existing one via USB as a security mesure. I made some enquires and it seems that there are an user guide, an administration manual and a technical manual. So, where can I get this manual or find the info to replace the firmware via USB?

How to install firmware from USB on a WorkCentre 3615

Hello all,

For security reasons I need to replace the existing firmware for the same firmware, manually and via usb, on a WorkCentre 3615. Nevertheless, I couldn’t find any reliable procedure. Can anyone help?
