I have tried using USB, tried using Network cable to load new firmware into my VersaLink C600 and each time it fails with the same two messages 1. Unauthorized user is making changes when uploading new firware, and, 2. After 12% install, error 017-532. Yes I have reset the printer at least 40 times logged in and not. So I feel xerox has a serious programming debacle.
How can I simply reload the software and firmware into my VersaLink C600??????
