General Release (061.121.222.06508) is available from Xerox.com but the latest SPAR is available from Support.

The software version 061.121.223.31800 is a SPAR (like a hotfix for Windows) and is only available to Xerox technical staff. But if you call again Support, you can ask for this specific version and they should give you a link to download it.
If your machine is at version 061.121.222.06508, in my opinion, this is a good one. Very stable.

Finally I called to Service Support. It seems everything after her visit.
They have advised me to try to get this version because they do not have it in case you need to reinstall it.

It is not possible to downgrade a WC75xx from the web page. To do this, you need a USB Key with the correct files and folder places at the root of the Key.
I strongly recommend you to call the Service Support before trying this. You could brick your machine this way.
If you have a service contract with Xerox, just call them and they will send a TSR to do the job. Otherwise call Support and ask them to help you do it.

I'm trying to downgrade the firmware of my WC7556 from 061.121.223.31800 to 061.121.222.06508 and I receive this error:
"255 Devaluation is not allowed"
I have a lot of problems with the actual firmware and I need come back to the older for that reason.
