Hi all, how are you?
I'm trying to print in a WorkCentre 5230 using windows 7 with the controller installed but the printer when the document is sent only shows the main display asking to select a function and it doesn't print anything. With windows XP it prints normally.
On windows 7 is downloaded and installed the controller from the following page

the print processor that is shown in windows 7 properties for this printer is this: https://ibb.co/7tysHrw
the print processor that is shown in windows XP properties for this printer is this: https://ibb.co/WvXXxL6
another thing that I have to clarify is that the name that appears in windows XP properties for the printer is 5230A PCL6 but on windows 7 the name shown is 5230A PS, so, could be the wrong controller the one installed in windows 7?.
Another question is on how to install correctly the controller because it comes in a zip file with a lot of files.
What can I do to solve the problem?

At this point I could make the printer work on windows 7 but only as a printer, does the Xerox support team a mail to contact them?.
