ok, well I have not even been able to get to the machine through comand work station for a long time now, and I do not have a high capacity stacker, but I will check for paper jams.

Hi groysen, 

I looked up both error codes, the E3 is for jammed paper in the high capacity stacker I would check all three areas E1, E2 & E3.  The 00 codes came back as waiting to rip message on the command workstation.

well the link works now, but i'm having trouble downloading, i thing because i'm not actualy browsing from the mac. Also, the beeping has stopped, and the controler no longer says "E3". It now say "00", is that right? because now i can't even get to the "network controler settings".

I found an article about not being able to print from MAC, if this doesn't help I would suggest calling into our support center to talk with an agent @ 1-800-821-2797

I said the system was 10.11, but it's probably older. away from the office until Monday, not sure right now.

The problem is, I have not been able to print to the 700 DCP. It used to work, but something must have changed somehow, I've even changed the ethernet cables I thought it was a problem with the IP addess I have tried changing from Dchp, to bootp, to static, but i just can't get the machine back on line. Today I even tried contact cleaner on all the circut boards, including the inside of the fiery controller on the back, It was very dusty. I then put it all back together. When I turned it back on, it would make periodic beeps, and the controller lights up "E3". 

Also, for the longest time, the machine hasn't been printing out the usual start page, so I can't even get a clue of what's really going on.

The 700 has been copying, but I can't send files to it.

Any Ideas? what else should i try?  What am I doing wrong?
