Identify (and order?) broken part

Thank you for using the Support Forum. It looks like that is the lift gear.  Please see this link to a possible source for the gear kit.  I can not guarantee that is the correct part but it looks to be correct. I hope this helps.

Hi,

so a part in our machine broke (see picture attached).

Tried to reach out to Dutch sales people etc, But I've been trying to reach out in multiple ways for 2 months now but up until now I have had no help nor response. 

Anyone who can help me identify this part so we can fix our top drawer again (and maybe hint on where I can order this?)
