Image of SD card for 7830 needed...

Can I only buy the img file?
Or do you know where you can get the img from?
I only have the workcenter 7830 and I don't know anyone else who has such a device

Unfortunately, we have only one device in our office. Anyway, the problem is already resolved by service, the thread may be closed.

If you have another 7830 you can do it yourself (cloning the SD from a known working machine).

Hi,

I have replaced the HDD and followed all the steps for altboot but unfortunately no luck. I have tried to reseat SD card as well but still no changes. I have error code on motherboard diagnostic LED - 8. Could I get SD card image to check if this would resolve the problem?  twojstary1@gmail.com
