Thanks for your reply.
Have already check that prior posting this issue. As I said above, there is not option listed in Security menu.

There are two overwrite options- "on demand overwrite" and "scheduled overwrite." You can login as Admin and go to Security settings to disable on demand overwrite, but be sure to enable scheduled overwrite and have it run when the machine is not in use. Ex: Tuesday at 2:00AM. Whether you have it do full overwrite ( > 1hr to complete) or just the general overwrite (~ 20 minutes to complete) is up to you. Just keep in mind that these hard drives aren't the most robust and the less you have them active, the better.
Xerox Immediate Image Overwrite is Fast. When Immediate Image Overwrite is turned on for Xerox multifunction printers, it is automatically executed immediately after (copy/print/scan/fax) jobs are completed to remove image data from disk or other non-volatile storage by utilizing a a three-pass algorithm overwrite.
Click on the [Properties] tab. Click [Security] on the left side of the screen. Click [Image Overwrite Security]. Click [Immediate Image Overwrite].
Hello shernand,
Hello
WorkCentre 3655 Version: 073.060.136.34300 installed.
It is showing the error message described on subject.
Following some posts here, all ponts me to go to Tools -> Security Settings -> Image Overwrite Security
and proceed manually.
The thing is that, this option is NOT listed there.
Is there a hidden section on the printer or is it missing an update that adds this option??
I do login as admin on the panel.
I have been trying to find any clue on this with no luck so far.
I appreciate any help on this.
