Re: Incident codes 303.331.00 and 302.321.00 when trying to print from one computer

Hi atkielski,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the soluitons for Unable to Print from the support page for your machine.  If it seems to happen with just PDF's then please try using the the Print as Image option in Adobe.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Incident codes 303.331.00 and 302.321.00 when trying to print from one computer

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
I have a user who cannot print to our Work Center 7775 without hanging the printer. Each time she tries to print anything (typically PDFs), the printer hangs and has to be rebooted. I looked in what appeared to be an incident log and saw lots of 303.331.00 and 302.321.00 errors. Perusing this forum, I learned that they are network-related errors. The printer is attached to a Windows print server; everyone goes through this server to print. What mystifies me is that only this one computer produces the problem. We don't have any documentation at our location so it's hard to look anything up. Can anyone give me some ideas on what to look at to resolve this issue for the user? All other users print without difficulty as far as I know, and the problem has apparently existed for weeks.
