Thank you for using the Support Forum. If the tray is not collecting the waste ink where is it going?  I would suggest that you follow the instructions for emptying the waste tray.  Make sure the tray is out the the machine for more than 30 seconds before you put it back in.  If you continue to have the issue please consider contacting your local support centre for further assistance.

Ink Tray Not Collecting Waste Ink

Product Name: ColorQube 8570
Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

Print is excellent.  But recently (month or so) ink tray is not collecting waste ink.  Serious?  Not serious?  About to shut down and remove covers.
