Ink stains on the fuser unit.

Product Name: DocuCentre SC2020
Operating System: Not Specified

DocuCentre SC2022

I'm not sure what exactly caused the problem.
Every time this problem I fixed it by cleaning the fuser unit.
After cleaning the fuser unit Users will be able to use about 3000 to 4000 more sheets. The same problem will come back again.
