Been fighting this fault, the 012-273 for a month plus on our J-75 Press. It is a Side Registration Home SNR Off Failure. Have had Tech service folks in here numerous times , and the issue continues. Anyone else encountering this fault? Fault enountered when a job finishes, or we run out of stock or interrupted the run to make copies. It is sporadic but happend a lot : (
The tech guys last suggestion was to try wiping the system and relaod the config, thinking it may be corrupted. Any insight w/b appreciated!
