Operating System: Windows 10

Hi everybody!

Here is the following problem. There was such an error, for the first time the paper was taken out, without damage, a single sheet, everything was according to the instructions.  But then the error does not disappear, rebooting and resetting to factory settings do not help.  Has anyone encountered this?  who can help with advice? 111.jpg
