Versant 3100 machines. Every time there is a Windows update, we will try and print something and the job will fault. When you go to view the job it pops up with Job error, Output tray is not installed. We have 2 of these machines and it is happening on both. To clear it, we have to reboot the machine and the fiery multiple times, one time is never enough. Technician is no help.
