Re: Laser Failure Code 10

Hi Cathy

Yes I found that information too and it did nothing. I don't know where I can get that repaired in the Boston area, but I'll see if I can find some place

Thanks

Re: Laser Failure Code 10

Hello tiCreativeMedia,

I searched the knowledgebase for that message and all it suggests is to power off for 30 seconds and back on. It may require Service. If that doesn't help, I would recommend contacting your service department for more assistance.

Thanks,

Laser Failure Code 10

Product Name: Phaser 6360
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

I just started getting this message. I tried the restart and that did not fix it.

I do see that it's saying some of my toner is low as well.

Is there a way that I can fix this on my own? I don't know what part to get.

Thanks

Dave
