Latency on ping test & auto change TTL 64 to 128, 128 to 64

Product Name: Phaser 3330
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

System Software Version: 61.003.00.000

TTL constantly changes from 64 to 128 and back at ping. Sometimes packages are missing:

ping of a neighboring computer passes without problems, without interruptions:

I think this is not normal. Is it possible to fix this? 

P.S. This problem affects all existing printers Xerox "Phaser 3330"
