If you can handle it, see my other post here to see how to remove the transfer belt and to clean it.

Is there a way to clean the transfer belt manually? The documentation for the printer doesn't mention this, and the printers setting for cleaning it doesn't solve the issue. Thanks for your quick reply!

Lines printing after adjusting fuser

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I bought this printer about a month ago and worked fine. I adjusted the fuser for printing on light card stock. Ever since making the adjustment it now prints out black, vertical lines on everything it prints or copies. Adjusting the fuser back, and resetting the printer did not fix the issue. I ran the developer and transfer roller cleaning, and that did not work either. I have tried everything and nothing works to fix the issuIMG_0978.jpg
