I am sure that you realize that the best solution is to resolve the power issue. This will also help alleviate any potential damage to the machine's electronics.
That being the case, I have also checked with our service support experts and they believe that there should be an easier power up sequence and a service call should be placed.
I would suggest that you use one of the following links to have a service provider come on-site.
I have 36 Xerox MFP'S here at my Corporate headquarters in South Florida. We experience a power outage almost every day in the summer. My problem is all of my X5845 and X5855's power ges out and the machines will not restart. We need to wait at least an hour then unplug the machine wait about a minute then plug it back it to get it to restart. Does anyone else have this problem and have you been able to find a fix for it?
