You will need a tech (that's because it involved to enter in diagnostic mode with a service password) to perform Memory Clear.

did you ever find out how to solve this problem? after reading almost half of all posts in this furom, i have reached the unfortunate conclusion that there must be an answer-bot assigned to assist us. no kudos for the answer-bot!!!

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for the memory full message. Also take a look at the solutions for unable to print over the network. If none of these solutions help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
So we have a networked Phaser 3330. Can't print any documents from our machines as the error states memory full. The following steps were done:
Reflashed the firmware
Factory Reset The Device
It prints configuration pages fine but we cannot print anything.
Any Help Is Appreciated
