Mermory stick requirements to be recognized by the WorkCentre

These machines can have issues with the larger sector size on some thumb stick.  I would recommend 4 gig sticks.  These never seem to have issues.

Hello SadAdim, 

I couldn't find anything on the requirement for the memory stick. I suggest that you call into the support department and speak with the software group @ 1-800-835-6100.

Does anyone know the technical requirements for memory sticks on the WorkCentre 6515DN?

Have successfully used 16GB and 32GB Sandisk but need to ultimately use a encrypted memory stick, tried using our secure memory stick (Apricorn ASK3Z-128GB) but that is not recognized by the WorkCentre. I do not know if the size is the issue or that type of keypad memory stick is the issue. We do not have a smaller Apricorn drive to test the size thought, and have also reached out to Apricorn for comment. We are not married to using Apricorn we just need a secure encrypted memorystick to print and scan sensitive documents.
