Thanks for all your help in this case. I want to tell you the problem doesn`t apperas anymore after we did the following. Clean of the complete machine and keep to turn off all one day.
After these 2 action, the printer began to work without any problem...so far is working well.. If the problem appears again, we changed the fuser.

Hello Alberto,
If you have another fuser in stock, then it's worth a try. If it fails as well, then the problem is most likely not either of the fuser units but something in the machine. Please let us know what happens!

I have a doubt, is the Fusor is the same part that you indicate me "faulty thermistor".
My doubt is because looking for in internet some people say this this error is Fusor problem and must to be replaced.

According to the Knowledge Base for the Phaser 6115, the error code is in reference to a faulty thermistor. Unfortunately, there isn't much that you as the customer can do about this error. If you power cycled your printer and it is still showing the error, then you'll want to call Xerox Customer Technical Support at 1.800.835.6100.

I´ll appreciate if you can help us with the following problem:
We have a Xerox Printer Model Phaser 6115MFP, in the display panel began to appears "Service Call 1BH" and on the top panel there is a error button with orange color.
Could you indicate me what could be the problem? And what must I do to resolve it?
