Hello James_babcock, 

I would check to make sure that the ink sticks you have are not metered ones.  Here are the part numbers for non meter ink sticks. 

cyan - 108R00926

megenta - 108R00927

yellow - 108R00928

black - 108R00930

Metered Supplies is not Enabled

Product Name: ColorQube 8570
Operating System: Windows 10

I was printing some documents and in between two prints a message saying Metered Supplies is not Enabled appeared. I restarted the machine, and tried removing all the ink. The message still appears after a restart.

 

The machine has never used metered supplies and is set for the NA region. 

 

Any ideas on how to clear this?
