You must contact your local Xerox Support Centre to purchase an "Initialization Kit" for your machine.

I purchased an unused WorkCentre 7845/55 off a Goverment overstock. Unfortunately it did not come with a SIM card (which I'm just learning is a thing). When powered on the printer is in "NON CUSTOMER MODE" and is looking for the SIM card.

Is there any resource to order a replacement SIM card?
