Missing configuration card on Phaser 4500

It does have the network port on it, but not an option in connections, could it be because of the missing sim card?

Hello,

I am new here to the forum. I have a Phaser 4500 Black and white laser printer that I am having some issues with. I will list the items below,

1. On the display of the printer, I am getting a missing configuration card. What is it and if needed where can I get it and how would it be installed. Would that not allow network configurations of the printer. I only see Parallel port and USB under connection setup
2. I seem to constantly get paper jam printing from try 2, tray one prints ok. What could cause  it. It seems to be grabbing paper from the tray but not going any further. Do I have bad pickup rollers or is it somethign else?
3. Lastly, I see the print driver allows for double sided printing but when I selected it it did not print double sided. Do I need a duplex option or can I do double sided printing manually?
