Mountain Lion / Lion issues for Xerox FreeFlow C800p

Hello Everyone,

 

I'm a desktop technician and we have a Xerox FreeFlow C800P printer with connected xerox print server, Any time we install a Xerox Print driver [either 2.82 or 2.71] on a Mac following standard prompts or via CUPS - After a period of time the printer queues both HOLD and PRINT will pause and 75% will unpause via CUPS but 25%. We will need to uninstall the driver, reset the print queue and reinstall the driver to temporarily correct the issue. Weeks later it will pause again.

 

Any suggestions,

 

On a side note, no printer options e.g. hole punch unit, finisher information installs with the driver and supply levels do not display in Print queue settings.
