Hello PalominoZip, 

Have you tried using the download utility that is found on our drivers and downloads page, you can also find the firmware there for download. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797

My 6510's embedded web does not reflect the instructions for updating the firmware

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Although there is an exact post with this subject, there is no solution posted.  I want to update my 6510DN printer.  However, when i go to the embedded web server, sign in as admin, click on system to update, there is nowhere to browse for the .bin file to install the bridge 64.59.11 update. My current software is 64.50.61. I have updated Win10x64 recently.
