Hard drive failure, either corrupt or physically bad and corrupt.
You will need to replace it (any drive of the same size and capacity should work)
The hard part is loading the firmware back on it, I have no idea how that part is done on this machine because the controller is different than my typical fare. I typically deal with Endeavor, Connectkey and Discovery controllers, but the 73xx models are FX DMP, they do not do the Altboot method, I believe you need to hook up a laptop with a special diagnostic software to load them.
