Need SPAR to exchange Hard Drive for Lease Return

Product Name: Xerox C(J)75 Press
Operating System: Windows 10

Dear Sirs, I am a Xerox Tech and I cannot find the software needed on a C(J)75 Press so that I can replace the Hard Drive on a client's machine that needs to return it for lease. I will be performing this service on Tuesday next week so hoping someone can get back to me quickly. 

Usually, I just download the SPAR for Xerox machines and that's it. Not sure why that information isn't available for the 75 press. Thanks in advance for your help. My contact information is available on my account, so if you need me, please contact me immediately.

C/J 75 it is an FUJI XEROX production machine and you will not find a SPAR because not exist. This machine can be upgraded/downgraded just by Xerox tech with PWS and Tool. But you dont need to reinstall the firmware on the machine because there are no costumer settings on it (just paper tray setting if I am not wrong). The customer settings are in the controller (Fiery or FreeFlow) and this you must reinstall it from CD s.

Production machines don't have SPAR firmware on public links.

A Xerox tech has multiple sources, the GSN is the primary, or the internal Forum for technicians, or simply calling 2nd level, or by accessing the FTP server.

You should not be installing SPAR firmware for returns, it should be on a General release, which is freely available on the drivers page for every device including the C75 and J75 product
