Well, did you think that I can get the file if I contact xerox directly? maybe if a fee need to be paid?

Hi SpinItPTY, the 7665 was launched in 2007 and due to the age of the unit, we no longer publish the firmware for the device on Xerox.com. If I am able ot find the last firmware file, I will DM you with a link.

Hi Support Team

I have a 7665 workcentre with a problem of the firewire communication, I read in several forums to replace the cable, firewire cards, I even replaced the entire cpu that came with the printer, so at this point remains with the same issue of communication problem inform to administrator

What I need to perform now is a altboot  installation but I require the software, is there any way to get it or I need to pay to xerox to download the software? I do have all manuals and instructions to perform the task but no the DLM files that is required and software, Any advice?
