please call again , this is a 1 min setup, it can be changed on the device by just editing a number

but you need assistance, since its an nvm setting, cant be changed by normal admin users

Thanks for your reply. I just have a call with Xerox to have a quotation, result :  880 euros !!!

You have to call service and have a tech come in and convert it.

here is my problem :
I just buy a Xerox 7830 (second-hand) and the precedent owner had the pagepack subscription, so the machine is in metered mode.  the counter is still activated and Xerox confirmed me that the pagepack is finished an no technical support... how can I do to change the  mode of my 7830 ?
