Our xerox 700 has stopped communicating with our bustled fiery and we can't see the printer from the Command Workstation. The Fiery appears to be working OK with the 00 lights working. However when we go into System Settings on the Xerox 700, the Network Controller menu within system settings has completely disappeared. This is where we normally set the IP address etc. Anyone know why the network controller settings have disappeared? We have no fault codes showing on the Xerox 700.
