New B8155 with office finisher won't collate

Upgrade firmware to 119 if applicable. Log in to control panel. Device, tools, device settings, output, offset.  Turn off conditional finisher offset.

Yeah I did.
For some reason there is an additional option when a finisher is installed called “conditional finisher offset” located in the apps -> printing -> general options.
By default it’s turned on after an update I think.

Won't collate per set when copying...

A Service Technician visit has been requested...has anyone else had an issue with the new B8155 Office Finisher not collating when not stapling ?

IThere is only one output tray on an Office Finisher, that is supposed to collate...the settings show Collate is enabled, but it just stacks everything together...logged into device and Re-initialized the finisher, but didn't help...

Has anyone out there having the same issue?

As per designed top tray cannot collate sets. Send the job to stacker tray.

This is urgent...installed new B8155 with Office Finisher and 3 hole punch yesterday, but it won't collate...all sets just stack up on top of each other with no offset. Real Estate Closings don't need to be stapled...

Offset is turned on...if anyone can assist please respond.

Tried to get 2nd Level but got disconnected 4 times...finally got a technician dispatched but ETA unknown at this time...
