Good day. I just bought a VersaLink B405 equipment, I have been using it for 3 days and I have not printed even 25 pages, however the toner that the equipment includes is already empty. The printer started working alone after making a couple of copies, it was heard that it worked but it did not print anything, there were not even pending jobs. I turned it off, turned it on, restarted it and continued working without printing anything. And every time I did, it would show a lower toner level until it hit 0%.
Hope you can help me with that problem, I may not have to buy a new toner cartridge for a printer that I have hardly used.
