Since this is a new printer I suggest that you call into support in case a service technician is needed at 1-800-821-2797.

New Xerox c7000 touch screen not working properly

Product Name: VersaLink C7000 Printer
Operating System: Not Specified
We have a brand new C7000 printer and the touch screen is only responsive in the bottom left corner preventing me from setting it up. I dont know if there is a calibration somewhere or if it can be remotely setup and driver/firmware updates could help. Or if this is a surefire sign that the touch screen is bad. There are no visible signs of damage, any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
