New color toner not accepted.

Product Name: Phaser 6100
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,

I today got a used Xerox Phaser 6100 printer. It came with original toners installed, and also got a set of unused, new, original Xerox toners. Cyan was empty in my printer, so i replaced with the new cyan toner, but the on the printer display it shows only: "Install Cyan toner". I reseated it more times, i get only this message. When i put back the old cyan toner, the printer recognizes it correclty.

What's the problem with the new toner? What should i do?

The Imaging unit was defect, but i had a new one, so i replaced, it is ok now. I have only this color toner problem.
