New firmware result in invalid toner

Can you please send the 2.51.00.91 to my email support@probit.com.au as I have the same invalid toner message after downloading firmware V2.50.00.105.

How xerox can leave this broken firmware online for so many years is a mystery!

Thanks for the advice. Can you tell me what the email address iof Indonesia Xerox Support Centre is ? Because I can not find it anywhere and the one I could find do not seem to be responding to my email. Can't you be kind to a fellow Xerox user and just send it yourself ? :)

Hi,

Can someone send me (or at least tell me how to get) the 2.51.00.91 version firmware of FX WorkCentre 3220-MFP ? I just 'upgraded' the firmware and as a result of that, my printer wont print as it keep displaying 'invalid toner' on the lcd. It turned out that what I really did was downgrading the firmware as the version I downloaded was version 2.50.00.105. Any information would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
