Where this is a brand new machine, I would recommend calling Support and have them walk you though what is happening with the adaptor: 1-800-821-2797.

New machine doesn't register WiFi adaptor

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

I have a new machine only days old which I am trying to set up. Having switched it on after inserting the adaptor it does not recognise it. I have switched it off and on numerous times withour any response. BTW the adaptor won't come off without operating the release lever yet is is a bit loose. Is this right?
