I search the product knowledge base at: WorkCentre 6027 Support & Drivers and found for Fault Codes 117-331 Through 117-366 ESS Related Error Message Image Processor Related Error, the recommendation is to Power off the Printer, wait 45 seconds, then power back on.
If this does not help I recommend contacting our escalated support team at 1-800-821-2797.
I also had similiar kind of problems but it was down the road after owning it for more than two years. So called support and they sent service personel to my place and they fixed it. So i would suggest the same to you.

Hi there,
I have never owned a Xerox printer before. New out of box, walked through the setup, removed any packing tape, foam, etc. I tested a print using the internal demo page or other information. The printer rolls a page through and there is nothing printed. There is an error on the LCD display to open the back door and close. After testing from a computer I get an error 117-350. There doesn't seem to be anything special with setting this thing up. I'm not sure if I missed something or if this unit is just defective?
If anyone has a suggestion it would be greatly appreciated! The return process is going to be a pain.
Tried the following:
- Different paper
- Followed cleaning maintenance instructions / checked for any visible damage
- Inspected for anything visibly stuck / attempted jamming levers
- Checked toner cartridges / levels etc
All looks to be normal visually and functionally
