If it is brand new, it should come with a warranty. If you got it directly from Xerox, you should speak with Billing. If from a 3rd party, then I would recommend contacting them.

I am in the UK and if you try to get support they do not give it unless you have a service contract ! Not very helpful.

I have a brand new B305 multifunction printer. ( I COULD NOT FIND THIS PRODUCT IN THE LIST SO HAD TO GO WITH THE 205 SO I COULD POST!!!!!) Somehow I have three pieces that I don't know where or how to fit them. The printer has not been switched on yet for fear of damage. The photos show the three pieces- can anyone help me with how to fit them please
