Re: New printer with some loose pieces!!! Help needed please

Hello Keith,

If it is brand new, it should come with a warranty.  If you got it directly from Xerox, you should speak with Billing. If from a 3rd party, then I would recommend contacting them.

Here is the contact info for Xerox, and unfortunately there is no directl email address for UK Support:

Support: 0370 900 5501 Monday- Friday, 8:00 - 17:30 GMT

Thanks,

Re: New printer with some loose pieces!!! Help needed please

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately the videos do not give me the answer.

I am in the UK and if you try to get support they do not give it unless you have a service contract ! Not very helpful.

I cannoty find the UK e mail address for Customer care, if there is one, or someone I can send the photo to for help.

Do you have an contact e mails for the UK ?

Re: New printer with some loose pieces!!! Help needed please

Hello Keith,

Here is the YouTube playlist that shows you how to unbox and assemble your device. Hopefully you can find the information you need in these videos.

The wheels look like paper tray feed rollers. You can also call Support for more assistance. Where this is a new device it should be under warranty. 1-800-821-2797
