Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for smudges.  Also clean the laser lens on the machine.  If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

New toner in Phaser 6180 prints with artifacts

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

After change of cyan catridge, printer started to leave lines of stains (with 29mm distance between them) and bunch of spots on the edge (as shown in photo). As far as I've seen, stains are present also on transfer foil inside printer. Is there a way to repair it or should I replace toner as damaged? Toner is original, but it could spend some time in warehouse.
