No services available on printer touchscreen or CentreWare website

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
I have a Xerox B215 but the touchscreen menu does does not give me any options to select.
When I access the web interface, if I go to (Properties > Services > Display) none is listed there to enable or disable.
I did noticed that the page triggers the following error on file sam_all.js:1:1:
I already updated the printer firmware, but nothing changed.
I can still print and scan, but have to use the PC for that.
 
Is there a way of updating the printer webserver to fix this problem?
Maybe downgrading the firmware version?

I searched our online knowledge base for blank display solutions and found this article for you to review for possible fixes.  If you're still having issues after trying these steps I would suggest that you call into our support department at 1-800-821-2797 for assistance.

Thanks for the link but my none of Probable Causes on there are related with my problem.

On my printer the touchscreen works, it just does not display any services.

My guess is that some update broke the CentreWare web iterface and now it fails to list available services.

I think I will not be able to restore the services icons on the printer until the CentreWare web interface is also fixed.

I will try the support department.
