Not Stapling

Thanks I tried that and then the techs came in it started working

but then for soem strange reason it's only stapling on one side

I take out the staple and they aren't liek the other set but it's already done three other staples same way its there a way to get them in the same position?

Hi there we have a booklet maker attached to our machine

Just realised late last month (December) that it wasn't stapling

First we thought was one cause only one staple was goign in so we thougth the issue was the stapler themselve. 
Now we realise both R2 and R3 hope that's the number the two staples for the booklet maker is not stapling the job goes through as if it is ut nothing

you look at the staples both are in correctly and have the first staple in the semi curve position (cause I've seen it before where this didn't happen and it wasn't stapling)

But both seems find we bought a new box and still the same issue is happening. 

Would need some guidance please thanks
