Here are a couple of things to try.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

 

Adjust the Bias Transfer roller

Adjust the Fuser

Not printing in black

Product Name: WorkCentre 6025
Operating System: Windows 11

My Xerox WorkCentre 6025 stopped printing in black. It slightly faded from black to nothing at the moment. 

Now I am reading posts on an issue with the motor and there seems to be a setting to run the cartridge motor for 30 seconds or so. 

 

Yes, I have replaced all cartridges, but no luck. And  yes, I enabled the CE mode, but no luck as well. There is no option available. and the MFG setting area is password protected. 

 

Any help is welcome.
