I have bought a new drum, I followed the steps to clear the NVM, but I still get the error
091-440: Drum Near End of Life
Drum cartridge is near end of life.
Reorder a drum cartridge.
What could be the problem?
I used User Guide page 267 and followed all of the instructions clearly. But I still get the error.

Did you make sure it was the correct part number for your device? If you have and still can't get rid of the message, you could perhaps have a defective drum and will need to engage the Support Department. The support options for your device are listed HERE.
